If you love books you are going to love MareGold Bookstore. Tucked into the heart of Annapolis Royal, every single title on our shelves has been personally chosen — by hand, with care, and with genuine knowledge of what makes a book worth reading.

We focus on nonfiction and we cover an extraordinary range of subjects. New books arrive daily so there is always something fresh to discover.

We also have a wonderful selection of children’s books, family games and what we are pretty confident is the largest collection of herbal medicine books in Atlantic Canada — come in and see for yourself.

Open Wednesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm — and other days if you are lucky enough to catch us. Come in, take your time, and let the books do the rest.
