In this transformative 2-hour workshop, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. The workshop will take attendees through a series of engaging activities designed to foster self-awareness.  Participants will learn to empower themselves and create a roadmap to accomplish their dream.

Workshop activities include:

• A comprehensive self-assessment, where attendees will complete the Elements of Life worksheet. This activity will help them identify different facets of their lives, such as relationships, career, health, and personal growth. By evaluating each area, participants will gain insights into where they currently stand and areas that require attention.
• Participants will reflect on their worksheet results and journal about the aspects they wish to improve and the reasons behind those desires. This introspective practice will encourage deeper self-awareness, allowing attendees to set meaningful intentions for their personal growth journey.
• Attendees will have the opportunity to share their thoughts and insights from their journaling exercise. This open dialogue will promote a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, allowing participants to learn from one another's experiences and perspectives.
• Through a guided visualization exercise, attendees will meet their future selves.
• Finally, the participants will set their road map and craft a powerful desire statement encapsulating what they want their lives to be.
