Green Pharmacy: Processing and making a variety of Herbal Remedies
This workshop will explore the herbal preparations for use in both medicine and food. Through hand-on experience you will learn to build your own herbal pharmacy in your kitchen cupboards. We will practise making many various home remedies such as:
Infusions Decoctions, Herbal Ice cubes, Herbal Vinegars, Herb-infused Oils, Tinctures, Herb-Infused Honeys, Herbal Syrups, Herb Pesto, Herb Salts.
By the end of the day you will have gained the practical skills and inspiration to explore herbal recipes at home.
